In our 80th year in business, Chandler's is back to what made us the first choice for kitchens in the Tri-State area: locally-built custom cabinets. While we still offer multiple options of cabinetry from some of the biggest manufacturers, we feel that it's important to offer a line of cabinets that is built just for you. Featuring all-plywood construction, soft-close doors, full-extension soft-close drawers, and dovetail drawer boxes, our cabinets are built to last. About Us

Chandler’s Plywood Products was founded by Denvil Chandler in his garage in 1935 where he built wood gadgets, trinkets and toys. Denvil’s brothers ...Paul, John, Edgel, and Leroy joined him in the cabinet business from 1943 to 1952. The five brothers along with other valuable employees grew the business by hand crafting beautiful custom cabinets and countertops for the kitchen and bath.

With over 40 employees, we are able to provide cabinet lines and custom cabinetry for any area of your home.  In addition to our residential customers, we have been serving contractors and commercial clients since the early 1950’s. Today our commercial department manufactures casework and cabinets for hospitals, schools, libraries, offices, restaurants, and medical groups.  Chandler’s Plywood Products also provides a variety of countertop selections including Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite, Nevamar, Corian, Hi Macs, Livingstone, granite, quartz, and wood.

In addition to our retail services, Chandler's has a dealer network of customers not only in the tri-state area, but throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.  These areas are serviced on a weekly basis with an inventory of Kitchen Kompact cabinetry and Hartson-Kennedy counter tops.

We also partner with architects and general contractors to provide casework and countertops to a wide scope of commercial projects. From Preschool to college dorms, emergency rooms to operating rooms, to the long lasting bank teller line, Chandler’s commercial team can design and build the institutional casework to fit your needs. 

Chandler’s is one of only three woodworking shops in the state of West Virginia that is certified from the Architectural Woodwork Institute. We can design nurse’s stations, bank teller counters, hotel front desks or simple exam rooms.
