Background: I was born in Cabell County and lived in Wayne County most of my life.  I graduated from Wayne High School and attended Marshall University.  I have been married to Brenda for nearly 29 years.  We have two daughters, Stephanie Arrowood and Sarah Collins (husband Dakota Collins) and two beautiful grandchildren, Kyra and Austin Collins.
As a youth I grew up in the family construction business.  I have worked for Chandler’s for 27 years, from the wholesale/dealer division to commercial sales.
My hobbies include coaching youth sports, playing basketball and spending time with my family.

Randy Lincoln

Position: Commercial Estimator / Field Representative

Years with Chandler's: 21 years

Background: I graduated from Buffalo (Wayne County) High School, and Construction Institute from Grants Pass, Or. with a degree in multi discipline construction estimating. I have 30 years experience in the commercial, kitchen, and bath industry.

I have been married to Brenda Pemberton Lincoln, for 35 years. We have two married sons with 1 grandson.

I'm a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church. My wife and I teach a young adults Sunday School class, sing in the choir, work with youth in the AWANA program, and serve on the mission board.

I'm a member of The Gideons International, where I have served in many positions.

I worked with the sister company of Chandler's, Cabinet Supplier of WV, for 19 years as an account representative, calling on businesses that were involved in the kitchen and bath / commercial cabinet industry.

My hobbies are traveling, camping, and working in and around my home.
